Our Intake and Engagement Team are the first point of contact for clients as they begin their journey with HenderCare. They aim to provide a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience and help guide people through their service options.
Focusing on understanding the individual’s needs, the team plays a key role in ensuring that every client receives personalised care and support from the start. The team is also responsible for helping to manage and adapt services for clients as their situations and preferences change. Essentially, the team is there from the beginning and present throughout the whole care journey.
But who are the people behind the phone?
We thought this would be a great opportunity to introduce you to the people behind the scenes and let you learn a little about them!
